Kretsa

Delete your account and data

For Kretsa, published by BalaTech AB.

Most of it, you delete yourself

Almost everything Kretsa holds is on your phone and never left it. You do not need to ask anyone to remove that:

Neither of these needs an account, a login, or a request to us.

Deleting the account behind shared lists

If you have shared or joined a list, Kretsa created an anonymous account so the people on that list can be told apart. That account, and anything attached to it, is the only part held on a server.

In the app: More → Settings → Delete account removes it along with the lists you own. This is the fastest route and takes effect at once.

If you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot reach that screen, ask us instead:

Request deletion by email

Write to privacy@kretsa.app. Send it from the address you added to Kretsa, or include your account ID from More → Settings → About so we can identify the right account. Requests are actioned within 30 days, usually far sooner.

What deletion removes

DataWhat happens
Your anonymous account Deleted
Lists you own, and their items Deleted, for everyone on them
Lists someone else owns that you joined You are removed. The list stays with its owner — ask them to delete it if you want it gone.
An email address you added so lists survive a new phone Deleted
Reminders, places, completions, learned patterns Never held on a server. Removed by uninstalling, as above.
The daily count of AI-feature use, tied to a random identifier Not linked to you or your account. Discarded automatically; nothing to delete.

Before you delete

There is nothing to cancel first — Kretsa has no subscription and takes no payment. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; a list you owned cannot be recovered for the people who were on it.

Full detail of what is collected and where it goes is in the privacy policy.
